Free daily passes for children through age 17 are available for the opening day at the Jefferson and Grand Junction swimming pools, compliments of Beta Tau Delta.
Beta Tau Delta is providing 100 free passes to each pool to celebrate the sorority’s 100th anniversary.
In Jefferson, parents are strongly encouraged to register their children for the free passes at the Greene County Community Center this week. Children will need a parent or guardian’s signature for the pass; that will most efficiently be done prior to Saturday’s 1 pm opening at the pool.
In Grand Junction, parents should visit the city office at the Community Center to get passes.
